Orrville Area Boys and Girls Club Golf Program is entering its 4th Year!
Sign ups will run until May 30th. We will take the first 20 golfers to signup - so act fast! Sign Up: www.oabgcsports.com and select the golf tab.
The program is designed for grades 3-8 and golfers of All skill levels.
We are excited to partner with Riceland Golf Course for another year. The program will be on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-12pm.
Key Notes for Parents and Players:
- The program will be held from June 2nd - June 25th at Riceland Golf course - Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-12pm.
- Cost is $50 (scholarships are available)
- The OABGC will provide golf clubs and golf balls (if you have your own, you are welcome to bring them)
- Transportation can also be provided from the OABGC to Riceland (tentatively leaving at 9:45 each morning)
The program is designed for kids at all skills levels and the goal is to have fun learning about the game of golf. No pre-requisite is required! Find our putting green inside the club and sign up, or go to : www.oabgcsports.com and select the golf tab, while entries are still available!
Volunteers Needed!
You don't have to know who Tiger Woods is to help out (though it does help)! The OABGC is seeking additional volunteers with all levels of Golfing knowledge to help support the program. We understand your time is valuable, so here are a few ways you can help with that in mind:
- Golf Support: We are looking for additional people to help run small group activities that the club will provide guidance on. If you play golf and would like to share your knowledge with local youths - this is for you! (Time Donation - during program hours)
- Transportation: We are looking for additional resources to help with transportation to and from the program. (Time Donation - Drop off/Pick up/ Both beginning and ending of golf program days)
